It was fairly clean, and I loved very good location and rooms. Nice building and rooms with modern decoration. The hotel was located so close to the historic centre as well as a huge grocery store.

Cool people, lovely breakfast and TOP location for us. We booked double room for 3 nights and had a delightful stay. Generally everything was wonderful, but the bathroom was a bit small.

all in all very good value for money. we loved staying here, the breakfast was tasty. bright triple room, nice beds. the location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from main square lima. spotless place and welcoming service.
Wi-Fi signal was not good.

I stayed in new-fashioned, big size room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable as were the pillows. Helpful staff made the experience here very comfortable. Absolutely perfect location to a modest adobe sanctuary...
